Human, Apparently

FIELD NOTE 01

The Human Feedback Loop

Use one real moment. Notice what happened, what you made it mean, what shifted in you, what you did next, and what came back. The point is not to diagnose yourself. It is to find where a little more awareness might create a little more choice.

A MAP, NOT A DIAGNOSIS.

1. REALITYWhat happened?
2. PERCEPTIONWhat did I notice?
3. MEANINGWhat did my mind make of it?
4. STATEWhat shifted in body, emotion, or attention?
5. CHOICEWhat options could I see?
6. ACTIONWhat did I do?
7. RELATIONSHIP + CONTEXTWhat did the people or environment evoke or reinforce?
8. FEEDBACKWhat came back to me?
9. LEARNINGWhat did I update for next time?
TRY THIS NEXT

Choose one transition in the loop. Would a pause, a question, a boundary, more information, or a different response widen your options next time?

More awareness is not more blame. Other people, systems, history, resources, and context matter. Use this map to look for possible leverage—not fault.

Keep exploring what happens next.
